I am a governance and policy researcher with over eight years of experience supporting research, analysis, and coordination across international development initiatives. My background spans policy analysis, public sector reform, and institutional research, with experience working alongside multilateral organizations, research networks, and global policy platforms.
I am particularly drawn to questions of how policy decisions are made, how institutions function in complex and fragile contexts, and how evidence is translated into governance reform. My work has included research coordination, comparative analysis, and knowledge synthesis across diverse thematic areas.
Currently, I serve on the Secretariat and Global Team of the Local Public Sector Alliance, where I support knowledge exchange and policy dialogue across global and regional platforms. In this role, I coordinate the Asia Working Group and the Inclusive Governance & Local Democracy thematic group, facilitating research-driven discussions and collaboration among practitioners, researchers, and policy actors.
Previously, I worked with the World Bank’s Digital Development Global Practice, where I contributed to research and analytical work related to digital public services and institutional approaches to citizen engagement. I have also supported an Asian Development Bank regional research study on digital skilling and workforce preparedness, contributing to background analysis and synthesis across country contexts.
I hold dual Master’s degrees in International Development Policy from Duke University, where I was a Rotary Peace Fellow, and in Applied Social Psychology from Royal Holloway, University of London. I am also a Research in Color Foundation mentee, an experience that has shaped my approach to research rigor, reflexivity, and positionality.
I am currently consolidating my research and policy trajectory while remaining open to roles that deepen my analytical practice, strengthen institutional understanding, and support a thoughtful return to academic or policy research pathways over time.
